On March 8th, on International Women's Day, a new project called "Woman's Affair" was presented in Vienna, bringing together women from across Europe. This community comprises successful women who share experiences and inspiration with each other. The project was founded by Natalia Sivak, an event organizer and founder of the charitable foundation "Mom plus Me," and Olga Pogonysheva, the manager of FIORI Austria.

At the celebratory evening nearly 40 women from different countries gathered. Each guest was a unique individual, including CEOs of large companies, business owners, thought leaders, artists, mentors, and professionals from various fields. The musical atmosphere of the event was provided by artists such as saxophonist Anton Balinsky and pianist Çağdaş Arsén Gürer, supported by sound engineer Alfred Khart. Partners included the Grand Hotel Vienna, Crown Consulting company, Adel Desserts bakery, photographer Alisa Husyeva, videographer Alex Zakharov.

For the evening's guests, the organizers of the new club in Vienna, "Woman's Affair" prepared a lottery, with gifts provided by partners - the international magazine #OVALmagazineInternational (SPA sets) and the winery Just Rust (unique wine from a family collection). Additionally, each guest received a personalized gift from FIORI company and Countess Maria von Moy de Sarn and Just Rust: flower bouquets, wine, and perfumed sachets.
